The 91¿´Æ¬Íø College Marketing and Communications Department supports the District’s mission by providing products and services that develop brand awareness of 91¿´Æ¬Íø College, increase campus engagement, and share events, news, and program offerings with the local community.
To better manage project requests, establish timelines, and streamline the approval process, we are excited to launch updated online forms for your convenience. Please submit using the request forms for all projects involving graphic design, press releases, and the website.
Graphic Design Request Form
Marketing provides graphic design services for brochures, flyers, postcards, posters, web graphics, signs, and other marketing and promotional materials. We also offer referrals for print vendors and obtain print cost estimates.
Please allow at least 10 WORKING DAYS before your requested delivery date. Keep in mind that printing in-house can take a few days and approximately two weeks for outside vendors. Requests with incomplete forms or less than ten working days’ notice may be declined or subject to delayed delivery.

Social Media Registration
We are also the registrar for all department and student group social media pages. We ask that you register your page with us so we can contact account owners to prevent dormant accounts and seek out opportunities to cross-promote content.

Press Release Request
The Marketing and Communications Department prepares news releases about 91¿´Æ¬Íø College programs, events, and student/faculty accomplishments and distributes them to local newspapers, TV and radio stations, and specialized publications. They are also posted in the Newsroom section of the website and may be shared on social media.
Please submit all requests at least 10 WORKING DAYS before the distribution of the press release, generally 2-4 weeks before an event. Neither the completion of this form nor a distributed press release guarantee media coverage. We will not create or send press releases without proper approval from a vice president, dean, director, or division chair.
Canva Enterprise
Departments and divisions may designate one Canva Enterprise account to create materials using 91¿´Æ¬Íø College-approved templates, logos, colors, fonts, and other brand resources. Designated users must review the Canva guidelines and required training before receiving access.
