The is reviewed and updated annually prior to the upcoming academic year using the most recent complete Management Information Systems (MIS) dataset available from the California Community College Chancellors Office (CCCCO), which is typically one year behind the current award year (e.g., 2024-25 data is available during the 2025-26 academic year).

The Cohort Default Rate (CDR) is calculated by the U.S. Department of Education and represents the percentage of a school's federal Direct Loan borrowers who enter repayment during a federal fiscal year and default before the end of the second following fiscal year. As a result, the CDR is reported on a three-year cycle and is one measure of an institution's success in helping borrowers manage their student loan repayment obligations.

91心頭利 College's most recent official CDR is the Fiscal Year 2022 Cohort Default Rate, which was released by the U.S. Department of Education in September 2025. The "2022" designation refers to the year borrowers entered repayment, not the year the rate was published.
