Student Support Resolution and Resources
We're Here to Help
College can sometimes bring questions, concerns, conflicts, or situations that are difficult to navigate. The Student Support Resolution Office provides students with a place to ask questions, understand their options, access support, and receive guidance about College complaint and resolution processes.
The Student Support Resolution Coordinator can help you:
- understand the Academic and Non-Academic Complaint processes;
- identify the appropriate College office or process for your concern;
- facilitate communication with faculty, staff, or College departments when appropriate;
- connect with academic, financial, housing, food, mental health, and other support resources; and
- understand available next steps when you are unsure where to begin.
Information shared with the Student Support Resolution Office is handled with discretion and shared only as appropriate or required by College policy or law.
Not sure where to start? That's okay. Contact the Student Support Resolution Coordinator, and we will help you identify the appropriate next step.
